April means that wedding season is just around the corner.

I thank the powers that be that I am just a bit too old to be a bridesmaid! I love weddings but I don't miss the days of the horribly fitted satin dresses, big hats and white sandals. Let's face it, the bride was the only one who looked good!

I must say, though, that pre-wedding parties are a lot more fun now than when I was in my 20's.

Bridal shower? Forget it -- the bride wants a bachelorette party! No need for "high tea" at some fancy hotel restaurant; we're off to Chippendale's! "Can" the Tupperware party; it's the age of the sexware party!

Let's face it. We don't want glassware. We want a glass G-spot sex toy. We don't need a pyrex bowl; we need a pyrex dildo! And we don't care about cutesy "his and her" pjs, but, hey, we'll take those "his and her" furry cuffs!

Seriously, it's not being cynical. It's just being practical!

If you're going to buy me a present, please get me something I can really use!

Particularly for those of us over 40, we already have the "necessities" to play house. What we need now are the "sexcessories" to play with each other!

So, for the next bachelorette party, bridal shower or bachelor party that you're invited to, get the bride and groom what they really need AND WANT (but may be too shy to register for!). There are lots of fun sex toys and lingerie to buy, and something in every price range!
