FANTASY
Fantasies are erotic, sexual daydreams. They are normal and many people commonly engage in them. The content varies from person to person. They can range from thinking about romantic images to actual past activities. Fantasy can also be used to mentally rehearse a future sexual encounter. Females tend to have more romantic fantasies, whereas males tend to fantasize about the sexual activity itself. Fantasies can be dangerous if you fantasize about deviant sexual behavior such as rape or child molestation. Fantasizing about these behaviors could condition you to rely on these activities to become aroused. These deviant and illegal behaviors might then be acted out later in life if they become a major source of arousal for an individual. However, most people use fantasies to increase their pleasure when masturbating or with a partner. In this way, fantasies are helpful and healthy.
EROGENOUS ZONES
Erogenous zones are parts of the body that are especially sensitive and cause increased sexual arousal when touched in a sexual manner. Some common erogenous zones are the mouth, breasts and genitals. But many other areas of the body can be highly erogenous as well. The neck, back, and thighs are other areas that can be highly sensitive. Erogenous zones vary from person to person. It is best to experiment with different types of touching to find out which areas of your body are particularly sensitive. What one person might find sexually sensitive may not be what another person would like. Take turns with your partner, letting your hands explore each other's bodies and finding out what areas are the most erotically sensitive. Every person is different and it can be very exciting to discover what feels good for you and/or your partner.
